1. Introduction

MrApps Chatbot ("we", "us", "our") operates an AI-powered chatbot service accessible at chatbot.mrapps-live.com and integrated with messaging platforms including Facebook Messenger and LINE Official Account. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information when you interact with our services.

2. Information We Collect

When you interact with our chatbot through Facebook Messenger, LINE OA, or our web widget, we may collect:

  • Messaging platform user ID — your LINE user ID or Facebook Page-Scoped ID (PSID), used solely to route replies back to you
  • Message content — the text, images, and files you send to the chatbot to provide automated responses
  • Order and inquiry information — product type, quantity, sizes, contact name, phone number, and delivery details you provide when placing or tracking an order; the chatbot may automatically create an order record on your behalf once sufficient information is collected during the conversation
  • Payment slips — images you submit to confirm payment (stored securely; not shared with third parties)
  • Payment transaction data — when you pay via PromptPay QR (processed by Omise), we receive and store the payment amount, Omise charge reference ID, and transaction status; we do not receive or store your bank account number or card details

We do not collect passwords, government IDs, financial account numbers, or card details.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information collected exclusively to:

  • Respond to your inquiries and provide product/pricing information via AI chatbot
  • Automatically create, track, and manage orders on your behalf based on information confirmed through the chatbot conversation
  • Send order status updates, delivery notifications, and follow-up messages through the same messaging channel
  • Improve the accuracy and quality of our AI responses

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to any third party.

4. Facebook Messenger Integration

Our service connects to Facebook Messenger via the Meta Messenger Platform. When you message our Facebook Page, Meta shares your Page-Scoped User ID and message content with us via a webhook. This data is used only to generate and deliver chatbot responses. We comply with the Meta Platform Terms and the Facebook Data Policy.

We request only the minimum Messenger permissions required (pages_messaging). We do not access your Facebook profile, friends list, or any other Facebook data.

5. Data Retention

Conversation logs and order records are retained for up to 2 years to support order history, follow-up, and service improvement. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us at mrapps.chatbot@gmail.com.

6. Data Security

All data is stored in Supabase (hosted on AWS infrastructure with encryption at rest and in transit). Access is restricted to authorised administrators. We implement industry-standard security practices to protect your information.

7. Third-Party Services

Our service uses the following third-party providers:

  • Anthropic Claude — AI language model that processes message content to generate responses (no personal data stored by Anthropic beyond its standard API processing terms)
  • Supabase — database and storage provider
  • Hostinger — hosting platform
  • Meta (Facebook Messenger) — messaging platform
  • LINE Corporation — messaging platform
  • Omise — payment gateway for PromptPay QR transactions; processes payment amount and returns a charge reference and status (Omise does not share bank or card details with us)

8. Your Rights

You have the right to:

  • Request access to the personal data we hold about you
  • Request correction of inaccurate data
  • Request deletion of your data
  • Opt out of follow-up messages at any time by replying "ยกเลิก" or "unsubscribe" in the chat

9. Children's Privacy

Our services are not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such information, please contact us immediately.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
